2022 Art Star Pop Up Market at Midtown Village Fall Festival Rules and Regulations

All vendors must agree to these terms before participating.

Vendor agrees to forever indemnify, save and hold Art Star LLC, Megan Brewster, and Erin Waxman and all affiliated agents and officials, representatives, beneficiaries, employees and volunteers harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, suits, costs, expenses (including attorney’s fees) for anything and everything whatsoever arising from or out of Vendor’s participation at the October 1st 2022 Art Star Pop Up Market at Midtown Village Arts Festival.

Vendors are solely responsible for protecting all goods, possessions and display fixtures at all times. Each vendor must provide a COI listing additional insureds. More information on this will be provided at a later date.

The show will not be canceled due to bad weather. However, Art Star reserves the right to cancel the show in the event of extreme/dangerous weather or any new COVID restrictions that would necessitate a mandatory cancellation. In the rare event of cancellation, vendor will receive a 50% refund of their booth fee.

In event of cancellation Art Star will run an additional promotional campaign via social media and email marketing promoting customers to shop directly on vendor websites. A link to the vendor’s website will remain on the vendor line up page for this event for a minimum of one month.

Please be absolutely sure you can participate before submitting your booth fee. No refunds will be given unless due to circumstances listed above.

Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses and permits to do business in Philadelphia, PA. Please note Art Star does not assume responsibility for collecting any of these.
