2017 Philadelphia ASCB Vendor Agreement

Each participant will receive a 10′ x 10′ space. Vendors must provide everything needed for set-up, display & sales. The Art Star Craft Bazaar is a RETAIL show, not a wholesale show.

The Art Star Craft Bazaar is a Rain or Shine event. Vendors must come prepared for all weather. The show will not be cancelled due to bad weather and no refunds will be given.

Tents must be properly weighted with at least 40lbs anchoring each tent leg.  Before the start of the show we will go around and check weights.  If we see that a tent does not have the required weights, you will either have to take it down or go and purchase weights.  Vendors are responsible for the security of their tent.  If your tent flips or blows away, you will solely be responsible for any injuries this may inflict upon any person.

Vendors should not leave anything of value out overnight. Tents may remain overnight (weighted and lowered). There will be an overnight roaming security guard; however, anything you choose to leave overnight is at your own risk. Vendors are responsible for protecting their property at all times. Art Star will not be held responsible for anything lost or stolen, including tents and display furniture. Art Star recommends, but does not require, that all vendors obtain event insurance in case of loss or damage.

It is not required to purchase a parking pass, but it is recommended. The parking pass is for Saturday and Sunday (you may leave your car Saturday overnight as well). We will have an attendant there just for load in to let vendors with a parking pass in. Once you park in the lot please plan to stay parked throughout the day of the event. There will not be an attendant to let you in and out during the day and you will be charged again to enter. Art Star is not responsible for any extra parking charges you may incur. If your parking pass is lost, forgotten or stolen, it cannot be replaced and you will need to pay for parking in full.  Parking passes will be available to purchase at a later date with other rentals.

Vendor agrees to forever indemnify, save and hold Art Star LLC, Megan Brewster, and Erin Waxman and all affiliated agents and officials, representatives, beneficiaries, employees and volunteers harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, suits, costs, expenses (including attorney’s fees) for anything and everything whatsoever arising from or out of Vendor’s participation at the Art Star Craft Bazaar.

Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses and permits to do business in Philadelphia. Please note Art Star does not assume responsibility for collecting any of these.
