Vendor agrees to forever indemnify, save and hold Art Star LLC, Megan Brewster, and Erin Waxman and all affiliated agents and officials, representatives, beneficiaries, employees and volunteers harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, suits, costs, expenses (including attorney’s fees) for anything and everything whatsoever arising from or out of Vendor’s participation at the 2017 Art Star Pop Up Market at Design Philadelphia.
Vendors are solely responsible for protecting all goods, possessions and display fixtures at all times. Art Star highly recommends but does not require that each artist obtain insurance for their business.
The show is promoted as Rain or Shine and the show will go on in the event of rain. However, Art Star reserves the right to cancel the show in the event of extreme or dangerous weather. Vendor understands that extreme weather, though rare, is outside of Art Star’s control. Refunds or credits will not be given in the extremely rare event of cancellation.
Please be absolutely sure you can participate before submitting your booth fee. No refunds will be given under any circumstance.
Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses and permits to do business in Philadelphia, PA. Please note Art Star does not assume responsibility for collecting any of these.
