City Ave District, in collaboration with Bala Avenue of the Arts and Art Star, will host the 3rd Annual Bala Avenue Art Walk on Sunday, September 14, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The popular community event returns with an open-air celebration of more than 30 local artists, live music, food and fun for all ages.
This year’s Art Walk will feature:
- Kid-friendly fun including face painting, balloon artists, and a bounce house
- 30+ local art vendors sharing and selling their work, Curated by Art Star
- Live music from local favorites Jack Mangene and Michael James
- Delicious eats from local food vendors
- Beer Garden hosted by Triple Bottom Brewing

For the 2025 event, Bala Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Montgomery Avenue and Cynwyd Road from 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, September 14th, until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 14th. Vehicles can utilize alternate routes on Conshohocken State Road or Bryn Mawr Avenue. Through traffic will also be closed on Highland Avenue between Bala Avenue and Cynwyd Road. Vehicles can utilize the alternative route on Cynwyd Road.
Public parking for this event can be found at the Cynwyd Station lot, Bala Gym lot, and on the streets surrounding the event. The parking garage located at 215 Bala Avenue will be reserved for vendors and event staff.
