Vendor agrees to forever indemnify, save and hold Art Star LLC, Megan Brewster, and Erin Waxman and all affiliated agents and officials, representatives, beneficiaries, employees and volunteers harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, suits, costs, expenses (including attorney’s fees) for anything and everything whatsoever arising from or out of Vendor’s participation at the Art Star Pop Up Market at Spruce Street Harbor Park 2018.
Vendors are solely responsible for protecting all goods, possessions and display fixtures at all times. Art Star highly recommends but does require that each artist obtain insurance for their business.
This is a Rain or Shine weekly event. No refunds will be given under any circumstance. Please be absolutely sure you can participate before submitting your booth fee.
Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses and permits to do business in Philadelphia. Please note Art Star does not assume responsibility for collecting any of these.
