All vendors must agree to these terms before participating.
The Art Star Craft Bazaar is a Rain or Shine event. Vendors must come prepared for all weather. The show will not be cancelled due to bad weather. In the EXTREMELY RARE case of cancellation due to dangerous weather (in Art Star’s sole judgment) or acts of a 3rd party outside of Art Star’s control, the event will not be rescheduled and there will be no refunds to vendors.
Art Star will not be responsible for any loss or damage to Vendor’s property, injury to, or death of vendor (or its agents, employees, and or personnel) or Vendor sales. Vendors are responsible for protecting their property at all times.
It is not required to purchase a parking pass, but it is recommended. The parking pass is for Saturday and Sunday (you may leave your car Saturday overnight as well). We will have an attendant there just for load in to let vendors with aparking pass in. Once you park in the lot please plan to stay parked throughout the day of the event. There will not be an attendant to let you in and out during the day and you will be charged again to enter. Art Star is not responsible for any extra parking charges you may incur. If your parking pass is lost, forgotten or stolen, it cannot be replaced and you will need to pay for parking in full.
Vendors must purchase all bottled beverages through the venue’s food contractor, Iced Delights. A list of beverages and prices will be available at a later date.
All food vendors must provide Art Star with a COI of your Liability Insurance in the amount of 1 million/2million. We will provide you with list of additional insured to include. We also require your current Philadelphia Food License and your Health Department Certificate. These forms must be submitted by April 20th.
Vendor agrees to forever indemnify, save and hold Art Star LLC, Megan Brewster, and Erin Waxman and all affiliated agents and officials, representatives, beneficiaries, employees and volunteers harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, suits, costs, expenses (including attorney’s fees) for anything and everything whatsoever arising from or out of Vendor’s participation at the Art Star Craft Bazaar.
Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses and permits to do business in Philadelphia. Please note Art Star does not assume responsibility for collecting any of these.

Once you agree to the terms, you will be prompted to pay. Please be absolutely sure you can participate before submitting your fee. No refunds will be given.
