Vendor Application
- We will be accepting applications from February 1st - March 23rd.
The Art Star Craft Bazaar is an annual juried arts & crafts retail show. We are looking for artists & crafters who create handmade, original work. All mediums are welcome. The event is held outdoors & each participant will be provided with a 10' x 10' space. Tables, chairs, tents & parking passes will be available to rent/purchase. Participants are required to bring everything else that is needed for set up & display. Up to two artists may share one 10' x 10' space, but must apply together & both be accepted. Art organizations & collectives are welcome to apply, but must apply as a group.
Location: The Great Plaza at Penn's Landing, which is along Columbus Blvd, between Walnut & Chestnut Streets, Philadelphia, PA.
Dates: Saturday, May 15th, 11-6 PM & Sunday, May 16th, 11-6 PM Rain or Shine
Non-refundable Application Fee: $10 Fee: $250
**All applicants must pay the application fee to apply & will be notified of acceptance by Friday, March 26th. Upon acceptance, artists will have from March 26th - March 31st to pay the $250 vendor fee.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Must be in our hands by end of business day on Tuesday, March 23rd.
ALL APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT IMAGES.
Please include the URL of your website or Etsy page in the application. If you do not have a website, you may send 3-5 digital images to info@artstarphilly.com. Please type “image for ASCB” in subject line of email. Do not send images larger than 600 x 600 pixels, 72 dpi. Links to sites like Myspace or Flickr will not be accepted. Please keep in mind that we are judging your work based on the quality of the images that you send.
